Swiss Mountain Bike School

Our passion for cycling and our love of the Swiss Alps led us to found the Swiss Mountain Bike School, in order to be able to pass on our experience and knowledge throughout Switzerland.

Our team of licensed Swiss Cycling instructors are passionate about mountain biking and are here to help you progress, whatever your level and type of riding. We offer private or group lessons throughout Switzerland to meet the needs and objectives of each student.

Our classes are suitable for all ages, whether you are a beginner or an experienced adult. We have specially designed programs that allow you to develop your physical and technical skills at your own pace, in complete safety.

For beginners, we offer introductory courses to learn the basics of mountain biking, such as bike position, braking and shifting techniques, as well as cornering and descending techniques.

For the more advanced rider, we offer more advanced courses to perfect riding techniques, improve endurance, and build confidence. Our instructors are also able to provide advice on training, nutrition and mental preparation to improve your performance.

We also offer family mountain biking classes for parents and children. These classes are a great way to spend quality time with your family while learning important skills and discovering new trails.

Safety is our priority. Our instructors are trained to teach the safety standards to be followed on the trails, as well as the rules of the road. We also provide quality helmets for all participants.
